Lieutenant Craig Ditsch was blamed for coercing one of the eyewitnesses
to point out Carrillo froman album of possible suspects. Scott Turner, the key eye witness to the
trial, recanted his earlier testimony saying that he was coerced by Ditsch to point out Carrillo as the
suspect.Ditsch’s motives have been linked to many theories. The first link points to how Ditsch is a
member of the Lynwood Vikings, a supposed white supremacist gang that rose to prominence in the
early 1980s. Seenas a Neo-Nazi group, they are famously notorious for picking on Latin Americans
and the membersof the Black Community
Sheriff Deputy Kevin Goran was the deputy who obtained the search
warrant for Franky’s arrest,based on lies...he arrested Franky, booked
him, took the infamous booking picture, and eventually drove Franky to
Juvenile Hall. On the ride to jail Deputy Goran told Franky to enjoy the
view. .- to look around and enjoy the scenary because he wouldn’t be
seeing that ever again in his life.
Lynwood Vikings There are at least 24 gangs within the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department. Officials at various government agencies, including the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors, the Los Angeles County District Attorney, the California Senate Senate Subcommittee on Police Officer Conduct, and the United States
Commission on Civil Rights have heard testimony on the violence
inflicted on communities at the hands of deputy gangs for decades.
Deputy gangs have killed at least 40 people, all of whom were men of color. At least 10 of them had
a mental illness. Los Angeles County keeps a list of lawsuits related to the deputy gangs. Litigation
related to these cases has cost the County just over $100 million over the past 30 years.
